Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality for all our customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cartnonstop@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Opened products
  • Products consumed partially or fully
  • Orders delivered to the correct address in good condition
  • Products purchased during promotional or clearance sales (unless damaged or incorrect)

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
